Definitions and Principles
- We as a church are committed to grow larger through evangelism, warmer through fellowship, deeper through nurture, broader through service and stronger through worship.
- We recognize that the spiritual power enabling us to accomplish these purposes is released through the Word of God and prayer.
- The pastors and team are responsible for shepherding the believers and overseeing the five-fold ministries of WAMC English Ministry.
- The various ministries of the church are grouped according to their emphasis in fulfilling the five purposes of the church (Acts 2:41-47). There will always be and should be overlap.
- Each specific area of ministry should be team led with a designated team leader approved by the church leadership.
- Each specific area of ministry should have a clear statement of purpose showing how that particular ministry contributes to the overall purpose of WAMC.
